"First of all I love the fact that they gave me about $400 of service for free , if you check any where else you would see 90% of other companies will charge you $400 to $500 for the inspection/ testing etc. So to give in a world that normally takes was a great gesture. 2nd the prompt service present costumer service and professional aspect with modern day equipment, the company inquired about my problem beyond what I requested and it was geared to find and solve the problem, not to run up any bill because this was the free inspection,they really care about the work.
